Momenta are currently seeking a Solicitor to work as part of a forward-thinking law firm. The successful candidates will be given exposure to end-to-end litigation of financial mis-selling cases. You will be required to run a caseload of circa 250 small claims track matters, at any one time. You will be responsible for the case from the point it is defended through to conclusion. The role will include attendance at interim hearings conducted by telephone/remotely.

The successful candidates must NQ & Solicitor with experience in litigation (either by way of at least 1 seat and/or previous work experience).
