We pride ourselves on the way we work with both our clients and with the candidates we find to fill their roles. That’s why we ask you to go through a recruitment process before we recommend you for a role as a Momenta Associate.

We need to make sure that you, the client and the role are all a good fit for each other. It’s a thorough process, but we keep it as simple as we can. We’ll be here to guide you through each stage, and into a role you’ll love.

Wherever you go, Momenta goes with you.

Initial match

You might have sent us your CV, or we might have found you on a job site and think you’re a good fit for a client. The first thing we’ll do is phone you for a short chat so that we can find out more about you, your skills and your experience, and see if you’re interested.

Background screening checks

A lot of the work our clients do is sensitive, so we carry out detailed checks on everyone who applies for a role. We’ll also need certain paperwork, references and identification. Don’t worry, we’ll explain everything as we go along and as soon as these checks are started we can move on, so that they don’t hold up the rest of your application process.

Let’s meet

Once we’ve completed the initial steps we take the opportunity to meet together.  We’re based in London and that’s our preferred venue, but if for any reason London isn’t convenient for you we can always look at other locations or a Skype call.

Assessment time!

Once we’ve met, we’re likely to need you to complete a short scenario-based assessment. This helps us make sure you’re suited to the role. The assessment usually takes place in London, but just like with the face-to-face meetings, they can happen at another location or online if needed.

Client meeting

Many of our clients like to take the opportunity to meet face-to-face or online – which will the first time you are able to directly present your own skills and experience. This way we ensure the best fit possible for both you and our clients.

Getting started

Congratulations on becoming a Momenta Associate! Before you start in your role, you’ll need to decide whether you want to work as a limited company or through an umbrella organisation, we can help you understand how this works and the options you have. As your first day approaches, we’ll make sure you have a welcome pack with all the information you need, and once you’ve settled in we’ll contact you to see how you’re getting on.

Working together

While you’re working on contract we’ll call you regularly to see how things are going, but you can also call or email any time you need us. We also provide on-site support at some of our contracts. We’ll give you all the details about how to get in touch and any other support at your site when you become an Associate.
